Lately...

I snapped these before church a few weeks ago...We are starting to be able to dress for spring around here! YAY!!! Well...our little precious, sweetie of a daughter has been well...CHALLENGING the past few weeks! She just does not listen! She is ok for us, but she is not listening to her teachers at school! So..her teachers are sending her to the office...yes...the office...she is 2...yet they still send her to the office! That is another post all in itself..bottom line is...she does not listen! She can be the sweetest thing ever...but then she just switches! We are trying to be consistent, but sometimes it is so hard! She is really really smart, and tests us like crazy! She doesn't want to stay on her mat for naptime at school. She throws a crying screaming fit every day! And tells her teacher that she doesn't have to listen to her! She only has to stay on her mat for 15 minutes...but she told the principal..how about 14...I mean, most of the time you just wanna crack up...but when everything is a constant battle...it just gets hard! She will get it...I know she will, but for now...she is a bit of a challenge! She is most of the time so happy! She loves to sing and dance! But when we tell her to do something...even something little...she tests us! So...I had to document these times as well as the wonderful times! So I can look back and see that (LORD WILLING) it was just a phase!!! LOVE YOU LILY!!!!
