After a wonderful trip to TN...it was time to head to S. FL with my mom and gram! Eric had to stay in TN for work, then fly back home to VA. We started off at around noon on Tuesday! We were in no rush, and it was a good thing! It took us a long time!:) Papa and Uncle Wayne caravanned with us for the first day! We stopped at Chillis to eat lunch, and then headed on down the road! Lil did a great job! She watched movies the whole time! That night, me, Lil, mom, and gram stopped at a hotel to stay the night. We swam in the pool some and ate dinner. We were in Savannah. Papa and Uncle Wayne drove the rest of the way home that night...UGH!!! The next day we woke up, had breakfast, then headed to Jacksonville! Our first stop was to see Katie and her brand new sweet angel baby Molly!!! Stan was at work! :( Molly was just so precious!!! And such a little tiny peanut! ADORABLE!!! I love little tiny newborns! Katie looked awesome, and she is doing such a great job being mommy! I miss her so much, and it was so great to see her! (I love Jax! Miss it!) Thanks for having us Katie Lew! Love you! I hated to leave her and her new baby! :( Next we went to the Cheesecake Factory to see my friends Judy and Samantha! I miss them like crazy too! We had such a great time teaching together, and they helped me out with Lil so much when she was just a little bit! It was so great seeing you guys!! Miss ya so much!!! Lunch was great, and I hated to say goodbye to them too! :( Love all of my Jax peeps!!! Back on the road we went! We made one last stop at DQ and all had blizzards. We got to my parents house at around 8:30, and just relaxed! We had a great trip home! Thanks for a great time everyone!

oh man...really does make you miss the itty bitty stage..eventhough I complain about it all the time!!! Can't wait for a little one again in our 'hood ...wink wink!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a GREAT trip to FL from TN, Lily was an ANGEL! Thank goodness for DVD players! HA! I am happy that we were able to stop in JAX and see Kathie and Little Miss Molly and also have lunch with Judy and Samantha. It was a fun trip home with you, Lil and gram.
