Hurricane Evacuation Vacay!

Well, we had a hurricane comin our way...Thanks Irene! So...we decided to head out of town! Being born and raised in Florida, we have been through many hurricanes, and we would have been fine! But now that we have Lily, we didn't want to risk it...Even for the mere fact of not having power, being flooded in, etc. So we decided to take a little road trip to Raleigh. We went with Deanna and the kids! We left at the crack of dawn on Friday morn. We thought there would be tons of traffic...but their wasn't! We got there in about 3 hours, so we had the whole day to do fun stuff! We went to an outdoor shopping mall and looked around a few stores! Later we went to the mall and had lunch, went back to the hotels and took naps, then headed to the Butlers room for pizza! We had a great time! It was a nice little escape!
