Go Atlantic Shores Seahawks!
Last week a few of the little girls in my class got to cheer at one of the Varsity boys basketball games...they were a part of a program called "little seahawks". Where they practice with the Varsity Cheerleaders for a few weeks...super cute! It brought me back to the WA cheerleading days...Anyways, Emily (one of the second grade teachers...and Lily's friend Alex's mommy) and I decided to go to cheer on our girlies! Lily and I went over to their house to play a little before the game. Lily and Alex had so much fun! They played, than had a little dinner. Lily shared her cheeseburger with Alex...it was his first cheeseburger...he liked it! Alex shared a banana with Lily too! They were so cute! We went to dinner at a yummy mexican place...and then headed to the game! Lily LOVED it! She was so into watching all of the action! She kept saying "cheerleaders" "pompoms"...such a cutie...i think we might have a little cheerleader on our hands...just like all of the gals in her family...on both sides!!!!! It was so much fun! I look forward to bringing her to many more games! The little girls in my class LOVE her and she LOVES them!

ReplyDeleteHow cute, glad you got to go to a Sea Hawks game, Lily and Alex looked so cute in their shirts, lots of school spirit already. Lily definitely has the cheerleader genes, both her grandmas, her great grandma, her 3 aunts and her mommy all were cheerleaders, I think Little Miss Lily is going to be an awesome cheerleader, she already has so much spirit! GO LILY, GO SEA HAWKS!
